UX/UI Consultant for Grundfos – Customer Portals

To improve the customer experience and ensure a more user-friendly and efficient digital platform, Grundfos, in collaboration with Acenta Recruit, has engaged a consultant responsible for UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design for their iGRID customer portal and the customer portal for Commercial Building. The consultant's work has not only focused on digital design processes but has also included a customer-oriented research approach with direct insights from Grundfos' customers, ensuring a user experience that is targeted and relevant for the daily users of the portal.

Responsibility for the customer experience for the Grundfos iGRID and Commercial Building customer portal.

Grundfos wanted a dedicated consultant to take responsibility for the customer experience in their digital products, iGRID and the Commercial Building portal, to ensure that complex functions and data are presented in a user-friendly and accessible manner. A consultant from Acenta Recruit was assigned to the project with a focus on developing a customer experience that meets the requirements of district heating plants and facility managers within commercial buildings.

 

Through a thorough analysis of user journeys and existing workflows across the products, the consultant developed detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes, which were tested and adapted to create a targeted user experience. Clear and intuitive UI components were created, making it easy for users to navigate complex data and functions, ensuring that important information can be quickly accessed and used effectively.
