UX/UI Consultant for Mannaz – Several Digital Projects

The challenge

Mannaz offers courses each year in leadership development, project management, and personal development, which thousands of people worldwide have benefited from. They wanted to develop a new web application called MyMannaz, designed as a cross-functional tool for coordinators, facilitators, and students.

The target group for the application was primarily internal users of the Mannaz Network, consisting of employees and course participants. In 2016, the application had an estimated user base of 4,000 people with an expected annual growth of 8%. With a total project budget of over 3.5 million DKK and plans for further expansion, it was crucial to create a platform that was both user-friendly and efficient.

To achieve this, Mannaz needed a UX/UI designer who could take full responsibility for the user experience and the graphical user interface. This also involved collecting data on practical usability through planned user behavior analyses.

Our approach

We set out to find a candidate with strong skills in user interface design and usability testing. It was essential to identify a professional who could work independently as the sole UX/UI designer in a small team while also having the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

After a careful screening process, we found an experienced UX/UI designer who met all of Mannaz’s requirements and had the expertise necessary to drive the project forward.
